New and Improved Mobile App!

On Monday, September 17, 2018, Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust is excited to introduce a new and improved personal mobile banking app that is branded under the Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust name; no longer TouchBanking. With this update, you will also enjoy a refreshed look with familiar navigation and services including the ability to view one's account balance without logging in, mobile check deposit, Popmoney®, bill pay, balance and transaction history, transfer funds, and ATM / branch locator.

For existing Touchbanking Users, please follow the next steps to ensure a smooth transition:

  1. Simply tap “Update Now” when you receive a message in Touchbanking prompting you to update the current app. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the app to populate in the app stores.
  2. Follow the steps to install it on your smartphone.
  3. To verify your identity in the new app, you will be asked to log in with your Personal Online Banking user ID and password. Forgot your ID and/or password?  Contact an Account Executive at 319.862.2728 for assistance.
  4. Once you’ve set up your new app, we recommend uninstalling the old app from your smartphone, as you will no longer be able to access your Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust account in Touchbanking.
