New and Improved Mobile App!
On Monday, September 17, 2018, Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust is excited to introduce a new and improved personal mobile banking app that is branded under the Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust name; no longer TouchBanking. With this update, you will also enjoy a refreshed look with familiar navigation and services including the ability to view one's account balance without logging in, mobile check deposit, Popmoney®, bill pay, balance and transaction history, transfer funds, and ATM / branch locator.
For existing Touchbanking Users, please follow the next steps to ensure a smooth transition:
- Simply tap “Update Now” when you receive a message in Touchbanking prompting you to update the current app. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the app to populate in the app stores.
- Follow the steps to install it on your smartphone.
- To verify your identity in the new app, you will be asked to log in with your Personal Online Banking user ID and password. Forgot your ID and/or password? Contact an Account Executive at 319.862.2728 for assistance.
- Once you’ve set up your new app, we recommend uninstalling the old app from your smartphone, as you will no longer be able to access your Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust account in Touchbanking.
